How do I update my credit card on file?

To update your credit card on file:

  • Log in to you GloFox account and change your payment method in your client profile.

    *Note - to avoid charges due to expired/changed credit card information, opt in to ACH payment in your client profile. You'll never have to update payment info again!

If your monthly dues payment fails and you do not respond to our emails to update your credit card info, your membership will be canceled.
